Pilates - The Latest Workout Craze

Nowadays there are SO many ways to lose weight, stay fit or just push your body to a new limit. I've come to LOVE the newest Miami workout craze: pilates. Pilates is the art of controlled movements, which when practiced often, improves your flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. The workout is accompanied by equipment also known as "apparatus" that is designed to help accelerate the process of stretching, strengthening, body alignment and increased core strength. 

This workout is honestly one of the best workouts I've had and really is a great alternative or addition to your normal workout routine. I felt all of the soreness in my arms, corm and thighs. But, like, that good sore that you know things are working in your body. Summer Body 2027, amiright?! There were definitely some machines that looked like they would come to life and just kill me, but it wasn't that bad once you actually get the hang of the movements and more importantly, breathe.
